BHAVANI KUMAR
TRAINEE QS /PROJECT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Bhavani is a Trainee QS/ Project Development Manager at Kings Oak. She has over 11 years of experience in the development, acquisition, funding, refinance and agency markets. Bhavani originally joined Kings Oak as a Letting Administrator in 2014, comprising over 600 properties across all areas of Development, Property Investment and Residential Development within the UK. Bhavani has further progressed and now specialises in significant development projects across both the residential and commercial sectors. She has specific expertise with regard to restructuring financial models for major development projects.
She is currently in the process of qualifying as a chartered surveyor in 2023 and furthermore is a highly rated “Master Chef,” specialising in all types of cuisine.
